July 9, 2010

Take a Long Island limo wine tour this summer for a special treat with your friends.

This summer whether you live in, nearby or far from Long Island, plan a trip with friends to visit the beautiful Long Island country side and take a limo wine tour. It’s the perfect getaway for adults to spend time talking about life, laughing, reconnecting with old friends, eating delicious food and tasting exceptional wine in the very place it was made. Imagine relaxing as your limo wine tour chauffeur shows you around beautiful Long Island wine county. There are so many wineries to choose from, the hardest part about this trip will be deciding which to visit.

To plan the perfect vacation for you and your friends this summer, first figure out how many people will be going on this trip. It you plan on having 15 people or more, you can request a private limousine for you and your guests. You may first request a quote, then make a reservation with Long Island wine tours. You’ll be able to enjoy as many wineries as you can fit in one day, which is usually about 4. Most wineries are open from 11:00am – 5:00pm daily, but a few are only open on the weekends or by appointment. See our list of Long Island wineries and visit their Websites to help you decide which ones you would like to visit during your limo wine tour.

Second, decide what to do for lunch. You may eat at one of the wineries or you can have a gourmet lunch provided by Five Towns Limo. The delicious lunch menu has 11 different choices for lunch including salads, sandwiches, wraps and paninis. Each lunch comes with a side of chips and fruit. There’s something for everyone on this menu, including a few vegetarian options.

After the group has formed, the reservations have been made and the lunch options have been decided, the only thing left to do is sit back, relax and enjoy a day of fun in the gorgeous Long Island countryside. Make sure to bring a camera because the view you will witness is something that you’ll never want to forget. Visit both quaint and elaborate wineries, and some that are decades old. It’s an experience of a lifetime, a chance to let loose with friends and hopefully discover some new wine that your taste buds go crazy for.
